Refunds

Tickets are fully refundable up to 48 hours before showtime. Within 48 hours of the show, tickets are non-refundable.

To request a refund, email info@eastaustincomedy.com with the name and email used at checkout and your order confirmation code. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelled shows

If we cancel a show, every ticket for that show is refunded in full automatically, and you will receive an email confirming it. You do not need to contact us.

Fees and tax

Ticket prices are shown before checkout. At checkout we add a service fee of 15% plus $0.50 per ticket, and 8.25% Texas sales tax. The full total is shown before you pay. When a refund is issued, the service fee and tax are refunded along with the ticket price.

Promo and comped tickets

Tickets obtained free with a promo code have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Late arrival

Doors open 20 minutes before showtime and close 15 minutes after. Late arrivals may forfeit their seats and are not eligible for a refund.
